Share a Graph
Graphs are shared through folders. Adding a graph to a shared folder gives access to anyone who has folder access.
Add a graph to a folder
- Navigate to Graphs and find the graph you want to share
- Click the Folders button (or hover over the graph card and click the folder icon)
- In the dialog, select one or more folders
- Click Save
The graph is now accessible to anyone with access to those folders.
Share the folder
If the folder isn't already shared:
- Navigate to Files
- Right-click the folder or use the folder menu
- Select Share
- Choose users or teams to share with
- Set permission level (Viewer, Editor, or Admin)
- Confirm
From the graph detail page
- Click on a graph to open its detail view
- Click Share in the top-right corner
- The share dialog opens with options to:
- Add the graph to folders
- View current sharing status
- Manage access
What gets shared
When you share a graph via a folder:
- The graph itself (entities, relationships, schema)
- The ability to visualize the graph
- The ability to query the graph with the Agent
Source documents must also be in shared folders for recipients to access them directly.
